While working for the same organization for 30+ years, I have been involved in many projects.
With limited budgets, I've worked hard with suppliers to ensure the best product was purchased to help the patrons and employees of the company

Here's a few memorable projects I've worked on with over whelming success broken down by position held.

Food and Beverage
Working with suppliers and other contractors to acquire new equipment on the regular basis

Tote Operations
Working with the multiple levels of governments to expand horse racing while limiting the extra costs normally involved

Gaming
Expanding the not-for-profit events to benefit all those involved within the Community

Technician
Working with manufactures to ensure all equipment was running at its best

Asst Technology Manager
Fiber Optic Upgrades - Add new and replace existing fiber to create a multi-building spanning tree to minimize downtime

Tecnhology Manager
Wifi Upgrade - Utilize fiber optic upgrades to enable a site wide 10,000+ device integrated network, isolating vlans for multiple departments/organizations
Surveillance Camera Installation - (Install indepentent surveillance camera system site wide, to ensure safety of patrons and co-workers)

I've also had multiple positions every year during our annual exhibition.
From cleaning toilets to saving animals from a flood to managing the 'people mover', I've always stepped up to ensure what needs to be done, was completed safely and on time.
